Get free-of-charge ticket rebooking service in case the passenger misses the trip departure as a result of airline schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.
To qualify, reach out to our support team within 3 hours before or after your flight's scheduled departure. We’ll get you rescheduled on a new flight with the same airline within five days of your original departure.

✅ Credit For Future Use
Credit for Future Use (CFFU) offers maximum flexibility, allowing you to cancel your trip without providing documentation and receive a 100% credit for future use. This credit is valid for one year and can be redeemed through our agency for flights with the same airline and destination by contacting our support team. The airline may charge a fee to use your travel credit for a new flight and the fare difference if the new flight is more expensive.

Use travel coupons

Get a 50% Price Drop voucher if our system detects a price reduction within 24 hours. We’ll rebook your flight with the same route and schedule, and you’ll receive your savings as a flight coupon.
Plus, receive a USD 50.00 Travel Coupon immediately after purchasing the product.
You can apply both the Travel Coupon and Price Drop voucher to your next flight ticket booking. Coupons will be sent to you via email.


Good to know

The cost of the service is non-refundable, except if you cancel your trip for a full refund within the airline's free 24-hour cancellation window.

Limitations

  • Customers must contact support team at least 24 hours before departure (or earlier) for the following services:
    • exchange or refund waivers
    • priority assistance
    • sickness & hospitalization etc
    • unforeseen cancellations done by the airline (schedule changes)
  • For the free exchange in case of a missed flight or connection customers must contact support team within a 3-hour window before or after the flight’s scheduled departure
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances cancellation, the customer must provide written documentation from the airline confirming the cancellation.
  • In case of hospitalization the request must include a verifiable doctor’s note specifying the period during which travel is prohibited.
  • In case of sickness the request must include admittance or discharge forms, that specify the exact period when the passenger cannot travel.
  • Customers must contact the support team within 24 hours of the arrival time of the flight on which the baggage was lost providing the unique lost baggage identifier registered by the airline.
  • In case of sickness or hospitalization during the flight, customers must contact the support team 24 hours before the first return segment.
  • Price Drop Coupon can be used once and for a flight booking only.
  • Travel Coupon can be used once and for a flight booking only.
  • Only one service from the list can be applied under the current Travel Protection Plan. Once any service from the list is used, the remaining services will no longer be available:
    • Changes or cancellations agency fee waiver
    • Free exchange for missed flight or connection
    • Sickness or hospitalization assisted compensation
    • Credit for future use
    • Assisted unforeseen flight сancellations
    • Mishandled baggage assistance

? When at the latest can I purchase a Travel Protection Plan?
The Travel Protection Plan Plus can only be purchased at the time of booking.

?Is it possible for me to add family members or non-family people to my plan?
Unfortunately, you are not permitted to do that. Your companions should purchase the same option during the booking process if they wish to have the plan.

?Can I receive my money back for the Travel Protection Plan that I bought?
The fees associated with the Travel Protection Plan are non-refundable and the plan will be considered consumed once any of the given available options except Price Drop and Travel Coupons are exercised.

?What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
